wedding makeup
I’ve worked with over a 100+ Brides. Styling for weddings comes with a high level of pressure, but seeing a Bride in her gown, smiling and feeling her happiest makes it all worth it!
your GLAM experience
When a Bride tells me: “I want an elevated look; I want to make my partner cry" say less. A Bride should have a rosy glow, lashes that make your eyes sparkle and kissable lips”. If this approach resonates with you, then you’ve chosen the right Artist - this style of makeup is the TMA vibe…

discovery call
I’m excited to hear about your event in full detail. I’ll ask for clarity because e-mail just doesn’t cut it. During this initial chat, we’ll talk about your event details, talk mood board concepts, the option of scheduling a bridal trial, any skin concerns, and suggestive styling concepts - because I love Art direction and being creative (even for nuptials).

preview
Give yourself peace of mind and try the look on before you say: “I DO.” The preview usually last 2hrs. I use the preview to learn what inspires you and your vision. Feel inspired to bring photo ideas with you because I use these as a guide. This appointment is all about communication, so be honest with your feedback – feelings won’t get hurt. This session is for us to establish colors, textures, lash length etc. Clients have up to 48 hours to secure services before TMA releases their soft hold. Previews are no longer required but highly recommended.

your big day
Weddings can be such a high-adrenaline occasion, so I arrive with a level of confidence to make a difference in your day. I am on-site to give you peace of mind, pamper and enable you to focus on the joy of your day – definitely not worrying about your glam. I’ll take care of your entourage, equally. Wedding days or elopements should hold lots of laughs, joy, compliments, and plenty of lashes – all of which I bring with a zen-like vibe for any morning jitters. My work style is casual yet focused - ensuring things go efficiently. One thing for certain, we vendors, are always in problem-solve mode. Wedding makeup takes time, focus and precision. If my introverted work style works for you, we will be a great fit for your celebratory day!

Occasionally, if kept simple. TMA is experienced with Half/Up Half Down, Beach wave or low Chignon styles however the preference is to be hired solely for Makeup Artistry. I do partner with other industry pros, so please ask for a short referral list :)

No, you are encouraged to tidy your brows for either your event date or trial preview. Need a referral, here's a trusted one: Alresa (owner of the Brow Lounge here in the EastBay) http://www.eyebrowlounge.com

Almost 80% of all clients of TMA prefer an airbrush foundation. Airbrush is sheer so it best performs on healthy looking skin. If your skin shows (deep or large pores, acne, moles, scarring, etc. - AB formula is not advised. The average wear time is up to 10 hours. Most popular option if you aren’t securing a full day of artistry.

Small entourage party sizes (under 5) will be considered.

Makeup can enhance your groom’s features as well. Using spot concealing, color correction, anti-shine, and a very light powder application can do the trick. This male pampering is common for Actors, Celebrities and, yes, Grooms and Groomsmen!

Absolutely. Destination Weddings are very appealing. TMA stays passport ready. Say less, let's go! Last year I traveled to EUROPE, that wedding was epic!!
